在《Hamlet》第一幕第二场，国王Claudius一上场就讲的一段话的末尾：
we have here writ

    To Norway, uncle of young Fortinbras,

    Who, impotent and bedrid, scarcely hears

    Of this his nephew's purpose, to suppress

    His further gait herein, in that the levies,

    The lists, and full proportions are all made

    Out of his subject;
这段话里的full proportions怎么理解？我想可能的意思是说‘在全数人口中按比例抽兵丁’。可在网上没有找到可靠的注解。忘良师赐教。我卡在这里，觉得挺难受的。

Norway指的是挪威国王。用国家代替君王。后文的impotent and bedrid都是指挪威国王。

to suprress前面最好有个dash. 是前文We have here writ to Norway的不定式，表示目的，给挪威国王拟书一封，打压一下young Fortibras.

gait (n.) course, doings, steps

裘克安的注释是：levies, lists, full proportion: 三字同义，“所征的兵”。proportions: numbers, levies.
proportion (plural) military material, forces and supplies needed for war
